Professional

Alexandria is the founder and Managing Parter of Hometeam Ventures, a remote-first seed fund focused on companies reshaping the built environment. Alexandria believes that construction innovation is a prerequisite for solving the global housing crisis and is on a mission to find founders working to support construction's long overdue digital revolution.

She has been investing personal and scout capital since 2015 in companies like ICON, Impossible Foods, Kepler Computing, Lugg, and more.

Prior to investing full time, Alexandria spent 7 years as co-founder and COO of New Story, a non-profit focused on solutions to end global homelessness. She led a team that raised over $70M and built over 3500 homes across Latin America, including the world's first 3D printed community of homes. New Story was part of Y Combinator's S15 batch.

Before entrepreneurship, Alexandria worked in supply-chain at McMaster Carr and as a Teach for America educator, teaching sixth graders in SE Washington, DC.
