Anton Orlich

Born and raised in Arizona, Anton holds a BA, summa cum laude, in Economics from Columbia and a PhD in Political Science from Yale. He's lived in New York City and the Bay Area. Anton's passions include travel, history, national security issues, and sports.

Anton Orlich is the Head of Alternative Investments at Kaiser Permanente (KP), which has both foundation and corporate pension capital pools totaling over $150 billion with over a 40% allocation to alternatives in the following asset classes: absolute return, buyout, private credit, real assets, and venture. KP pursues co-investments, direct investments, primary funds, and secondaries across all private asset classes.

Anton's prior experience includes tenures at Pivotal Group (a family office), CalPERS, Neuberger Berman, and McKinsey. Anton is a U.S. Navy and Afghan War veteran.

As a member of Class 26, Anton is serving his fellowship at Kaiser Permanente under the mentorship of Kim Lew and Juan Sabater.
