Bianca Martinelli

Bianca holds a BA in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP in São Paulo-Brazil, with specializations in International Management from Unniversità Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan-Italy and in Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness from Columbia Business School in New York.

I am a partner at Alexia Ventures, an early-stage investor supporting the best Latin American founders running disruptive business models driven by software platforms, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. I have 15+ years of experience scaling up operations across 40+ international markets, with a special focus in Latin America and Europe.

Bianca served her fellowship at Endeavor as a member of Class 21. She was mentored by Endeavor Mentors Avikk Ghose and Veronica Serra.
