Camila Noordeloos
Originally from Brazil, Camila earned a BBA from the Universidade Federal da Bahia and received her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She speaks Portuguese, English, and French. She is part of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee at the Michigan Venture Capital Association. She also stays engaged with several organizations including VentureNext, Women in VC, Latinx VC, and VentureUp Investor Network.
Camila loves to travel and stay active. She currently lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband Justin, young son Leo, and lovely golden retriever Bodhi.

Camila Noordeloos is a General Partner at Grand Ventures, a $60M early stage venture capital fund investing in B2B SaaS companies. She helps identify promising investment opportunities across Grand Ventures’ sectors of interest and works closely with portfolio companies driving strategy development and implementation. She also serves on the board of directors for Manatee, Paccurate, Knockri, Drop Mobility, and InvestNext.
Previously, Camila worked at General Electric holding management positions within finance, portfolio management, and business strategy. She spent six years at GE Ventures, playing a crucial role in building the foundation for it to become one of the most active corporate venture capital firms in the country. She also held an operational role at Zinc, a GE Ventures portfolio company later acquired by ServiceMax.
