Education

Christine studied at Duke University, where she earned a BA in economics and international relations, and completed her MBA at Harvard Business School. 

Christine serves on the Board of Directors of the Mexican Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital (AMEXCAP) and is President of the Committee for Female Investors; she also co-founded MBA Mujeres de México.

Professional

Christine Kenna, as a GP at IGNIA, invests in early-stage global technology companies that are reinventing the way to do business across Latin America in sectors such as fintech, e-commerce, edtech and Saas. Christine has been investing for the last 15 years to build the ecosystem of entrepreneurs, investors, and professional women across Latin America. She is Co-Founder of Mujeres Invirtiendo, MBA Mujeres de México, and participates as an independent Board Member of ALSEA, the Kauffman Fellows, and the American School Foundation, along with multiple portfolio companies. Prior to VC, Christine led operations in EF Education First, Google, the Guggenheim Foundation and EY Parthenon. Christine graduated from Duke University, Harvard Business School and is a Kauffman Fellow from class 23.
