Jeff Weinstein

Jeff has a BA in philosophy, politics, and economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Outside of his professional pursuits, he is an elite distance runner for the Central Park Track Club, training to run a sub-four-minute mile.

Jeff is a Partner at FJ Labs, an early-stage venture fund and startup studio based in New York. Jeff co-heads the fund's investment team where is responsible for the firm's 600+ investments and manages FJ's external fundraising efforts.

Jeff primarily focuses on investments in online marketplaces and consumer internet companies and has led dozens of investments in marketplace models across the U.S., Canada, Western Europe and Latin America.

Prior to joining FJ Labs, Jeff was a Senior Associate at Lux Capital where he focused on fundraising and LP relations.

In addition to his focus on online marketplaces, Jeff has an interest in fintech due to his prior experience as an Analyst at Dunbar Capital, a New York-based fund of hedge funds.

As a member of Class 24, Jeff is performing his fellowship at FJ Labs under the mentorship of angel investor Fabrice Grinda.
