Joanna Harries

She earned her Honours BBA and MBA degrees from The Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada.

Joanna leads global expansion at Endeavor, working with some of the fast-growing founders in over 40 countries. Joanna helped to grow Endeavor from 10 offices in 2010 when she joined to over 40 today. Working in Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and North America.

Joanna started her career at Unilever. She’s an Acumen Fellow, a Kauffman Fellow, and is on the Board of World Education Services (WES). She received her B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada, and taught in NYU’s School of Professional Studies.

A Canadian, Joanna now lives in Bronxville, NY with her husband and two sons.

Joanna is a member of Class 17 and served her fellowship at Endeavor Global under the mentorship of Endeavor's President, Fernando Fabre (Class 14), and Matt Harris, a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures.
