Lara Lemann

Lara is Brazilian and Swiss and grew up in between São Paulo and Zurich. She pursued her undergraduate degree from Columbia University.

Lara is a co-founder and investor at MAYA Capital. She started her career at the Brazilian Ministry of Education before transitioning to the CSR department at Ambev where she led the development of new products. Through these projects she connected with a variety of entrepreneurs and started investing as an angel. In 2018, Lara co-founded MAYA to continue investing in Latin America's most promising ventures.

As a member of Class 25, Lara is serving her fellowship at MAYA Capital under the mentorship of Bedy Yang and Renata Quintini.
