Matt Malysz
Maciej holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's degree in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied at HEC Paris as part of the CEMS program.
Maciej Malysz is a General Partner at Inovo Venture Partners, a USD 60 million VC fund investing in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. At Inovo, Maciej helps developers-turned-founders build companies that impact the world. He partners with early-stage startups with an ambition to grow 100x. Maciej took two tech companies through an IPO (Brand24, ECC Games) as a board member, is an investor at Spacelift, AI Clearing, Archbee and became one of the youngest VC Partners in Europe at age 29. He is passionate about product-led growth and believes that data beats opinion.
Before becoming Partner, Maciej climbed up through the ranks of venture capital and he spent 3 years operationally in VC-backed companies (Booksy, Brand24, PV Polska), focusing mainly on product management and business intelligence.
Maciej is a member of Kauffman Fellows Class 26 and is serving his fellowship at Inovo Venture Partners under mentor Rob Kniaz.
