Peter Teneriello

Peter graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2012, where he was a member of the Men's Boxing Club.

When he's not wondering what to do with his free time, he's mentoring in the Techstars Austin and Techstars Impact accelerators, reading, writing, or finding some new hobby to dive into.

Peter is with the Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS), an institutional limited partner based in Austin, serving on the private equity team and leading their work in venture capital.

His past experience has included leading finance/operations for a venture-backed startup, vetting early-stage investments for a family office as well as working with their portfolio companies, and investing in the private equity and real estate asset classes with another institutional limited partner.

He wears many hats.

As a member of Class 24, Peter is serving his fellowship with TMRS.
