Professional

Phalgun Raju is the Founder and Managing Partner of Morph Ventures, an investment firm based in Singapore. MV has three core strategies: Investing in early-stage startups in Asia, launching businesses directly via a startup studio model, and investing in innovative venture funds as a limited partner.

Prior to founding MV, Phalgun had over a decade of experience in the mobile internet industry and management consulting. Her career began a consultant with McKinsey & Company in North America, where she was one of the youngest Engagement Managers in the firm's history. She subsequently served in leadership roles at Nokia and then Google.

In 2011, she accepted a senior leadership role in Singapore at InMobi, one of Softbank's first major investments in mobile Internet. At InMobi she built and quickly scaled several regions in Asia to market leadership positions and then built InMobi's highly successful global programmatic business from the ground up. Based on her leadership at InMobi, she was named one of the World's Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising by Business Insider in 2013.
