Yasmin Cruz Ferrine (she/her/hers) is a General Partner and Co-Founder at Visible Hands (VH), a venture capital firm that funds and empowers exceptional underrepresented founders launching high-growth startups. At the earliest stages of company-building, VH provides meaningful funding, personalized support, and access to amazing networks through accelerator programming, helping founders build exceptional technology startups. Yasmin's responsibilities span capital raising and investment functions of the firm.
Yasmin has 16 years of experience leading capital raising, investment strategies, and advising foundations. Yasmin's career includes cross-sector experiences from the 2020 US presidential election campaign to Head of Growth and Strategy New England region at Brown Advisory to Director of Corporate Responsibility at John Hancock. Yasmin began her career as a buy-side small-cap equity analyst.
